Mormon Clothing: Temples
What kind of Mormon clothing is worn in the temple? Members of The Church of Jesus Christ wear their best clothing to go to the temples, as they do when they attend church on Sunday. Once inside, they exchange their clothing for white clothing of the temple. This is such a wonderful thing to see everyone dressed in white. It takes away all the differences in class that exist outside the temple. It also reminds us how sacred the temple is. Everyone looks angelic and beautiful. You feel as if you are walking in heaven among angels.
This video explains why temples are so important in our church and for the world in general. Without temples, we cannot be sealed to our families for eternity. I love having the blessings of the temple in my life. Going to the temple makes me feel closer to my Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ. I feel the Holy Ghost so strongly there. I love to see my loved ones in the temple, too.
